IMPORTANT: If you haven't already, you need to apply for your Visa. It's free before 8th September. Ensure that you enter your name exactly as it reads on the passport and that you do not include your middle name(s). Please leave the ‘Travel Information’ and ‘Address While In The United States’ sections blank. This information can be added at a later date. Print off the confirmation page, and bring it in along with a copy of your passport photo page. You also need to bring in a completed consent form and remember that the next payment is due by 17th September.
Changes to the plan... We will be arriving at the hotel late evening and travelling to the restaurant will mean we'll be eating quite late. The travel company have suggested that we order food locally for delivery to the hotel. (apparently is is quite normal practice in New York) There is a wide range of choices available inccluding pizza, mexican, chinese, indian etc.
